The Consumer Affairs Management programme builds qualifications in the
area of consumer protection and empowerment as well as in consumer
affairs management, including customer service and complaint handling.

The objective of the Consumer Affairs Management programme is to
produce graduates who are able to meet the demands of the corporate
sector, government agencies and consumer associations in the EU
for socio-economic oriented experts in consumer affairs.

This specialisation contains the following modules:

  • Consumer Affairs Management
  • European Consumer Law
  • Social Marketing
  • Issues Management
  • Business Ethics
  • European Consumer Policy
