In Marketing Management students focus on the various aspects of marketing in agribusiness and the food industry.
They investigate and analyze the strategies and operations of companies in marketing, as well as the dynamic decision making processes involved in this.

This specialisation contains the following modules:

Semester 2:

  • Academic Consultancy Training in Consumer Affairs
  • Modular Skills Training
  • Advanced Supply Chain Management
  • Innovations in Marketing Decision Making
  • Food Ethics/ Ethics and Social Sciences
  • Seminar

or Semester 3:

  • Strategy and Models
  • Capita Selecta Marketing and Consumer Behaviour

Optional Courses for Specialisation II:

  • Innovation Management and cross-Disciplinary Design
  • Analysis and Management of Sustainable Organic Production Chains
  • Food Ethics
  • Facilitating Interactive Processes
  • Sustainable Technology Development
